• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Richardson, TX.
• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with standard support and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
