What you will do

• Define architecture for next-generation chiplet-based compute platforms and RISC-V CPUs.
• Own and develop key platform subsystems, including PCIe, die-to-die connectivity, and system management.
• Enable high-performance CPUs within scalable System-in-Package (SiP) solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and architecture teams to deliver production-ready chiplet designs.
• Manage technical alignment with external IP partners for subsystem integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SoC, CPU, or chiplet architecture for high-performance computing or server-class systems.
• Strong expertise in PCI Express Root Complex, coherent fabrics (CHI-C2C), IOMMU, ATS/PRI, MSI, CXL.mem, and TEE-I/O.
• Deep understanding of boot, reset, debug, and power management for high-performance CPUs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
