Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead workplace operations and service continuity across a multi-site portfolio, mitigating operational risks.
- Support portfolio planning and workplace strategy, including space utilization and occupancy decisions.
- Manage complex projects such as renovations, relocations, decommissionings, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Optimize workplace tools, automation, and data reporting to improve operational efficiency.
- Coach direct and indirect reports, supporting career development and workforce planning.
- Oversee vendor strategy, procurement, and budget accountability to ensure value and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in workplace/facilities management or corporate real estate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership and team development.
- Proven track record of leading complex workplace programs like relocations and renovations.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, BOC, PMP, or LEED.
- Experience with IWMS, access control dashboards, and space planning applications.
