Salary: $120,000 — $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including repairs, maintenance, janitorial services, and physical security.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement, including sourcing, contracts, RFPs, and invoicing.
• Manage workplace budgets, ensuring oversight of both operational and capital expenditures.
• Mentor and develop Workplace team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety, fire, sustainability, and all applicable legal requirements.
• Lead regional workplace projects from planning through execution, aligning with global standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, workplace services, or facility management within a corporate office.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Understanding of facility systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing) and ability to troubleshoot issues with trades.
• Experience using work order ticketing systems, project management tools, and financial/space management software.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and flexibility to work outside regular business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software development or creative teams in gamedev, film, TV, or music.
• IFMA qualification.
• OSHA Safety training or equivalent.
• Corporate office construction project experience.
