Salary: $18.27 - $23.08 USD per hour

What you will do

• Audit verification reports for identity matching, field completeness, and data consistency against established rulesets.
• Review manual outreach (email, fax, phone) to ensure professionalism, tone, and adherence to cadence expectations.
• Identify and flag illogical data and missing fields using internal validation tools.
• Document QA outcomes (pass, soft fail, hard fail, warning) with precise evidence to support feedback loops.
• Collaborate with team leadership to resolve discrepancies and coach staff to reduce repeat errors.
• Monitor queues to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met for time-sensitive verifications.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, HR, or lending environments.
• Knowledge of verification workflows, manual outreach methods, and transcription best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with structured note-taking and professional written communication skills.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish between fail levels and recommend course corrections.
• Experience with Looker-based sampling or dashboards for audit selection.
• Ability to work from the Nashville, TN office 3+ days a week.
