What you will do

• Drive development activities for the firm’s products and platforms as a senior QA engineer.
• Define and document performance testing goals, strategies, and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Configure and set up test environments, including infrastructure, software, and testing tools.
• Execute performance tests, monitor system resources, and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps.
• Lead the creation of detailed performance reports and collaborate with developers to resolve performance-related defects.
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members, providing guidance and reviewing work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Expertise in system design QA procedures, quality standards, and testing web browser capabilities.
• Proficiency with Selenium Web Driver, Java, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with Protractor, Mocha, or UFT with VBS.
• Proven track record of creating Web Automation Frameworks (Java & Cucumber) and API Automation Frameworks (Rest Assured & Postman).
• Must be based in New York, NY.
