What you will do
- Oversee the full production lifecycle of photography projects from initial concept through to final completion.
- Manage pre-production tasks, including briefing, timeline planning, budget management, and sample coordination.
- Act as the primary on-set lead, managing photographers, creative teams, and clients to ensure shot approval.
- Coordinate and oversee the retouching process during post-production to meet the creative brief.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and talent.
- Handle financial reconciliation, fee negotiations, and usage rights.
Requirements
- Experience in a production role within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of delivering creative projects, with specific expertise in food packaging.
- Technical understanding of briefing and delivering post-production and retouching projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to London and other UK office and shoot locations.
- Knowledge of the food photography industry and existing relationships with UK partners and talent.
