What you will do

• Provide administrative support for multiple live scenic projects simultaneously.
• Raise purchase orders and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate labor bookings and support overall resource planning activities.
• Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and assist with event accounts administration.
• Liaise professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to work flexibly, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check and provide two references.
