Technician-Draftsman, AutoCAD Electrical (Hydropower)

What you will do

• Produce electrical diagrams and technical drawings for control panels and power plant installations.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards and meet required quality levels.
• Collaborate with project engineers to maintain the consistency and integrity of electrical systems.
• Maintain, update, and improve symbol libraries and drawing standards.
• Manage the traceability, archiving, and organization of technical drawings in Autodesk Vault.
• Participate in workshop testing to validate equipment, panels, and assemblies when required.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial design, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and the Autodesk suite.
• At least five years of experience in electrical design.
• Knowledge of energy-sector standards and practices is an asset.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Legal status to work in Canada is required.
