What you will do

• Own the UK Google Search growth strategy across Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Gmail.
• Manage and optimize seven-figure monthly media budgets in collaboration with performance managers.
• Lead A/B and multivariate landing page testing to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Partner with design, analytics, and engineering teams to optimize the end-to-end conversion funnel.
• Monitor platform changes and ensure strict compliance with healthcare advertising policies and medical claims.
• Analyze competitor trends and market data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in search or paid media with deep hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and interpreting landing page experiments.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or insurance.
• Experience in D2C, consumer, or subscription-based business models.
• Strong understanding of UK consumer behavior and campaign localization.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders.
