What you will do

• Lead end-to-end paid search operations, including campaign architecture, keyword strategy, and trafficking standards.
• Define and execute paid search growth strategy in partnership with the Head of Paid Media.
• Govern optimization frameworks, smart bidding, and automation strategies to drive performance.
• Develop search strategies for app acquisition and re-engagement in collaboration with the App Specialist.
• Manage ad copy strategy and structured testing roadmaps to maximize SERP presence.
• Mentor the Performance Media Specialist and act as the internal center of excellence for paid search.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-market paid search accounts.
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads and experience with SA360.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads and app acquisition campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with SEO teams on integrated search strategies.
• Must be able to work full-time from our Melbourne office.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or Sports Wagering.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals).
• Familiarity with scripting within Google Ads or SA360.
