What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and validate payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy across internal HR partners.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key payroll performance indicators.
• Identify trends and patterns in payroll data to drive process improvement and cost savings.
• Perform regular audits and data reconciliations between payroll and other systems to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to streamline data flows and requirements.
• Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and provide data-driven insights for decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Cloudpay, Workday, or ADP.
• Deep knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and forecasting models.
