Senior Engineer (Data & AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role includes temporary assignments abroad, such as France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and support project teams.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Dutch and English are required.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Ability to participate in temporary international assignments.
