What you will do

  • Run technical demos and scope PoCs alongside Account Executives from initial call to closed-won.
  • Translate complex customer problems into hirify.global solutions and convey capabilities to diverse stakeholders.
  • Build custom demos, sample pipelines, and PoC environments to demonstrate real value.
  • Own technical and security responses for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Support customers through the evaluation, purchasing, and implementation phases.
  • Act as the primary technical voice when communicating with Data Engineers, Heads of Data Platform, and CDOs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Fluency in Python, including the ability to read, write, and debug independently.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
  • Builder mentality with a desire to optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • High capacity for multitasking and ruthless prioritization.
  • Must be based in the US

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AI or data products through projects or internships.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow).
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Experience building and presenting custom product demos.
