Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, reviewing receivables, settlement activity, and account needs.
- Review account documentation and collaborate with Compliance and Legal to address regulatory requirements and BSA/AML CIP information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DDA and Treasury Management system issues in coordination with Operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely responses, product training, and effective issue resolution.
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to Relationship Managers to expand client services.
- Track customer issues and system trends using Salesforce and support product testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years of experience in bank operations or customer service (or 7-8 years equivalent experience).
- Excellent knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products and delivery systems.
- Strong understanding of Bank operations and professional customer service etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple professional requests concurrently.
