TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, or Tempe (US)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, reviewing receivables, settlement activity, and account needs.
  • Review account documentation and collaborate with Compliance and Legal to address regulatory requirements and BSA/AML CIP information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DDA and Treasury Management system issues in coordination with Operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely responses, product training, and effective issue resolution.
  • Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to Relationship Managers to expand client services.
  • Track customer issues and system trends using Salesforce and support product testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years of experience in bank operations or customer service (or 7-8 years equivalent experience).
  • Excellent knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products and delivery systems.
  • Strong understanding of Bank operations and professional customer service etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple professional requests concurrently.
