What you will do

• Define and execute the Global Infrastructure & Operations strategy in alignment with enterprise leadership.
• Lead and mentor multiple IT infrastructure functions and managers to drive performance and accountability.
• Own multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, translating business strategy into technical capabilities and investment priorities.
• Oversee global system availability, capacity, performance, and security across hybrid environments.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, driving cloud financial management (FinOps) and data center cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure compliance with frameworks like ITIL, HIPAA, or ISO27001.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• 4-6 years of experience leading managers or multiple teams in an enterprise setting.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure across hybrid environments.
• Strong technical foundation in networking, compute, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and automation.
