What you will do

• Design and implement complex VMware data center solutions for diverse client projects.
• Lead customer engagements to identify and manage workload migrations using tools like HCX and vMotion.
• Deliver VMware workshops and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Author professional technical documentation and create logical/physical diagrams.
• Lead client-facing whiteboarding sessions and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of advanced working experience with VMware and data center workload migrations.
• 3+ years of experience developing workload migration plans.
• Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting VMware Cloud Foundation suite.
• Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of VCF add-ons such as NSX, vSAN, Aria Operations, and VMware Live Site Recovery.
• Experience with data protection solutions like Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
• Relevant technical certifications (VCP preferred).
