Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a team lead or similar IT service role.
• Strong technical background in IT systems and infrastructure.
• Fluent English and native-level German proficiency required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate international teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes.
