What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Develop and mature observability strategies across infrastructure and applications using Datadog, Dynatrace, and LogicMonitor.
• Build automated infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and GitHub-based operations.
• Manage and optimize network and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions for infrastructure deployments and version control.
• Automate routine IT operations tasks through Python or PowerShell scripting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT operations.
• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Expert-level knowledge of SNMPv2/v3, including MIBs, traps, and polling architecture.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Must be based in the United States to support the U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center.

Nice to have

• Experience with SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, or other NMS platforms.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or SOC2.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
