Events Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate live and virtual conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings.
• Manage venue selection, scheduling, logistics, technical setup, and on-site or online event support.
• Support industry event participation through registration, booth coordination, and materials preparation.
• Coordinate agendas, speakers, vendors, contracts, and external service providers.
• Oversee attendee registration and compile post-event evaluations, cost summaries, demographic data, and feedback reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours during events.
• Successful completion of a fingerprint-based background check and maintenance of required CJIS-related security clearances are conditions of employment.
