What you will do

• Lead an end-to-end overhaul of the provider resource library, including auditing assets and reorganizing taxonomy.
• Refresh clinical training content and scope of practice in collaboration with internal SMEs.
• Develop an operations playbook for FY engagement sessions, mapping schedules and creating standardized templates.
• Triage incoming JIRA and Zendesk tickets to maintain efficient clinical quality workflows.
• Assist with monthly report preparation, QA checks, and the coordination of quarterly planning.

Requirements

• Prior experience in clinical settings, healthcare administration, or public health research.
• Baseline understanding of quality improvement (QI) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Zendesk.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex clinical information into actionable resources.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage independent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong grasp of the women's health landscape and clinical care pathways.
• Experience with AI applications in a professional or operational context.
