What you will do

• Drive the execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives throughout the organization.
• Analyze organizational pain points to design and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Orchestrate alignment between product, field, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Champion change management initiatives to embed digital behaviors and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop training programs and learning journeys to strengthen digital fluency at scale.
• Manage project milestones, maintain documentation, and provide transparent updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading digital initiatives in complex, multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to own the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects from initiation to adoption.
• Strong skills in project management, resource planning, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence and engage senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
