What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live.
• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned with customer goals and use cases.
• Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, testing, and early optimization.
• Provide 1:1 support across technical and non-technical topics such as deliverability and integrations.
• Monitor onboarding health metrics to identify risks and improve customer outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
• Fluent Italian and English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing technology, email/SMS platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
• Experience advising customers on marketing strategies or campaign execution.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or performance optimization.
