What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live.
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned with customer goals and use cases.
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, testing, and early optimization.
- Provide 1:1 support across technical and non-technical topics such as deliverability and integrations.
- Monitor onboarding health metrics to identify risks and improve customer outcomes.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
- Fluent Italian and English proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing technology, email/SMS platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience advising customers on marketing strategies or campaign execution.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or performance optimization.
