Location: Hybrid in Ferrara, Italy

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation for new and migrating SMB customers to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Conduct training workshops and implementation sessions to guide customers through setup and initial use cases.
  • Document customer objectives and create success criteria in collaboration with senior CSMs.
  • Monitor customer health and product adoption during the critical first 60 days of the lifecycle.
  • Report on onboarding metrics and contribute feedback to improve internal playbooks and product experience.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of AI and its application within the Customer Experience (CX) domain.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or customer support (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Gainsight.
