What you will do
- Manage new customer implementations from initial data gathering through technical platform configuration and administrator training.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers deploying or expanding their platform functionality.
- Interact with government leaders daily to guide them through the implementation process and empower them as successful administrators.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate existing processes to improve customer workflows.
- Develop and leverage best practices for various data environments and customer verticals to increase implementation efficiency.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to product teams to ensure the solution remains a must-have.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or similar client-facing technical roles.
- Experience analyzing and reporting on large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Knowledge of government operational concepts and practices.
- Strong Excel skills, specifically using functions and formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables) to format data and develop reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for providing effective customer support.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with ETL tools and ETL report creation.
- Proficiency in macros and Visual Basic.
