What you will do

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and prepare timely financial statements and management reports.
• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Dutch tax laws and optimize tax strategies.
• Lead the functional migration from Exact Online to a new, scalable ERP system.
• Implement "Automation First" workflows using API integrations to reduce manual data entry.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analyses to support VPs and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general statutory compliance requirements.
• English: C1 level required as the main working language.
• High proficiency with financial systems and ERP software (Exact experience preferred).
• Experience preparing and filing tax returns independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dutch accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Background in scale-ups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
