Salary: $185,760 – $258,000

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced Account Executives focusing on the ISV vertical.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision to expand revenue growth and cross-sell Twilio's products.
- Manage sales activities for Mid-Market and Enterprise named accounts across North America.
- Build scalable sales processes and programs to increase representative productivity.
- Handle monthly forecasting and support fiscal planning and revenue tracking for major regional accounts.
- Collaborate with application owners, software engineering leaders, and product managers to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales leadership.
- Extensive experience in the cPaaS space or selling via consumption-based SaaS models.
- Proven track record in selling platforms, Contact Center, Messaging, or Call Tracking solutions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience building teams and managing complex fiscal planning and forecasting.

- Experience selling specifically into ISV/OEM partners.
