TL;DR

Contact Center Rep (Finance): Servicing TD Wealth, Mass Affluent, and High Net Worth customer segments with an accent on sales, advice, and customer retention. Focus on solving complex financial issues, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and managing wealth-related inquiries.

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States. Must be able to be onsite for training, meetings, and events.

Salary: $24.00 - $33.50 per hour

What you will do

  • Act as a single point of contact for Wealth, Mass Affluent, and High Net Worth customer inquiries.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide tailored financial recommendations to deepen customer relationships.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales leads and complex customer escalations.
  • Process credit card applications and referrals following legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with relationship bankers and financial advisors to ensure a high-touch client experience.
  • Manage account operations, including new account openings, withdrawals, and dispute handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of customer service or sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required to support customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
  • Must be based in or able to be onsite in Greenville, SC for training and required events.
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
