Salary: $24.00 - $33.50 per hour

What you will do
- Act as a single point of contact for Wealth, Mass Affluent, and High Net Worth customer inquiries.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide tailored financial recommendations to deepen customer relationships.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales leads and complex customer escalations.
- Process credit card applications and referrals following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with relationship bankers and financial advisors to ensure a high-touch client experience.
- Manage account operations, including new account openings, withdrawals, and dispute handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of customer service or sales experience in the financial industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required to support customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Must be based in or able to be onsite in Greenville, SC for training and required events.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
