What you will do

• Lead, design, and optimize research for next-generation cell therapies using in-vivo CAR-T.
• Execute the evaluation of in-vivo CAR viruses using in-vitro assays and in-vivo mice models.
• Perform solid tumor research utilizing cell culture, transfection, FACS, and cell-based functional assays.
• Package and titer engineered viruses and characterize particles with protein and PCR-based assays.
• Manage and maintain critical research data using Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
• Present research results to internal groups and other professional forums to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in cell and gene therapy, with in-vivo CAR-T experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in multi-parameter flow-cytometry and immunogenicity assays (cytotoxicity, ELISA/MSD multiplex).
• Experience with lentivirus particle characterization and quantification using molecular (VCN) and flow-based assays.
• Proficiency in advanced gene delivery methods using LVV, VLP, or LNP technologies.
• Proven track record of productivity evidenced by publications or patents.

Nice to have

• Experience with solid tumor models and in-vivo cell-specific gene delivery.
• Deep theoretical understanding of solid tumor models.
