What you will do
- Define and deliver a best-in-class project controls strategy aligned with regional and organizational goals.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices to drive consistency across planning, cost management, and procurement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, internationally distributed team of project controls professionals.
- Implement data-driven frameworks to monitor cost, schedule, productivity, and milestone adherence.
- Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and analytics to enhance reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality project execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects.
- Proven leadership in complex construction environments (e.g., data centres, pharma, or infrastructure).
- Expertise in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
