What you will do

• Manage multiple security systems initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks to ensure team alignment.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and executive briefings to communicate program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for project milestones.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to standardize workflows across global teams.
• Provide operational and administrative support to advance departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, or Physical Security teams in a global enterprise.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of project governance and operational processes within large organizations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland.
