What you will do
- Manage scope, planning, and execution of IT integration and migration projects.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate across data migration, systems integration, and vendor transition workstreams.
- Report on progress and advise stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with the roadmap.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services.
- Experience managing and steering complex change IT/data programmes (lead time of 12+ months).
- Ability to think strategically and advise senior management.
- Strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
