Salary: £55,000–£58,000 per year.

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical incidents and service requests for EV charging infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor system platforms to detect and mitigate bottlenecks or emerging issues.
• Take full ownership of customer escalations and drive them to resolution.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 software teams and external OEM partners during major incidents.
• Support commissioning activities, including site onboarding, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Contribute to a 24/7/365 on-call engineering rota to ensure operational uptime.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting AC and DC charging infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of OCPP protocols and message analysis.
• Qualified electrician with knowledge of single and three-phase systems.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting local networks, routers, and load management.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support or managed services within the EV or energy sector.

Nice to have

• Experience working with multiple OCPP hardware vendors and back-office platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
