What you will do

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout, ensuring quality and constructability.
• Coordinate discipline designs, document decisions, and maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance, reviews, and feedback to strengthen technical capability.
• Improve firmwide consistency by contributing to standards and workflows via GitHub Pull Requests.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Support business development by contributing to pursuit narratives and participating in client interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and exercise sound engineering judgment.

Nice to have

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) certification.
• PEng or PMP certifications.
