TL;DR
Business Lead, Client Services (Creator Economy): Driving revenue growth and senior leadership across a portfolio of key UK clients with an accent on strategic client-centric growth and operational excellence. Focus on managing cross-functional 'Pods', optimizing sales pipelines, and integrating innovative creator marketing strategies into brand campaigns.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Farringdon) - 3 days in office (Tuesday and Thursday are anchor days)

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and provide senior leadership for a portfolio of key UK clients.
- Lead a full-service 'Pod' comprising Strategy, Community, Media, and Delivery to ensure commercial growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and campaign profitability (ROI).
- Onboard new clients in partnership with the Business Development team and establish sustainable commercial models.
- Develop and execute innovative, market-leading strategies within the Creator Economy.
- Lead Creator Economy learning sessions to educate and inspire clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency or platform experience with a focus on business development.
- Senior-level experience in creative advertising partnerships and contractual negotiations.
- Proven team management and leadership expertise.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Deep understanding of creator marketing and the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
