Head of Client Services (EMEA & US)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the EMEA & US Client Services team.
• Oversee the growth, profitability, and service quality of senior client accounts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive upsell opportunities and agency success.
• Develop and implement best-practice processes for account management and project delivery.
• Mentor and manage the Client Services team, supporting their professional development and wellbeing.
• Champion AI adoption and efficiency initiatives across client workstreams.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a senior client services or account management leadership role within an agency environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing profitability, SOWs, and cost estimates.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with 2 days per week in the London office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in digital media and a willingness to stay current with industry trends and AI tools.
