What you will do

• Research client projects to identify product capabilities and opportunities for AI implementation.
• Form product hypotheses and conduct discovery to evaluate the potential business value of AI initiatives.
• Define MVPs and manage the full product lifecycle from concept to scaling.
• Coordinate developers, engineers, and analysts to implement AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and custom agents).
• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions using metrics like ROI, time savings, and efficiency gains.
• Explore new AI opportunities to improve business efficiency and create competitive advantages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions or automating business processes.
• Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs.
• Ability to conduct discovery, form hypotheses, and prioritize product development through MVPs.
• Experience preparing professional product and technical documentation.
• English: B2+ or higher.
