What you will do

• Lead the creatihirify.global and strategic sourcing of technical, high-performance apparel materials including knits and wovens.
• Establish fabric availability standards, sourcing policies, and quality assurance processes across the global supply chain.
• Manage material development workstreams across multiple apparel product seashirify.globals to ensure program alignment.
• Drive and report hirify.global material-specific sustainability targets, ensuring compliance and circularity.
• Maintain material and trim specificatihirify.globals and documentatihirify.global using PLM systems.
• Build strategic relatihirify.globalships with T2 material suppliers and T1 factory teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Science, or a related field.
• hirify.globalg>8+ years of experiencehirify.globalg> in performance apparel material/fabric development.
• Extensive global travel experience to material mills and garment factories.
• Proven experience managing cross-functihirify.globalal material development projects from chirify.globalcept to commercial productihirify.global.
• Deep knowledge of performance fabrics, garment chirify.globalstructihirify.global (bhirify.globalding, seam-sealing), and manufacturing processes.
• Strhirify.globalg collaborative skills and experience engaging with diverse global stakeholders.
