What you will do

• Lead structural issue management for EUV scanners to ensure equipment performance and productivity.
• Analyze XLD (Extreme Long Down) events and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve EUV equipment stability and availability.
• Coordinate cross-functional central teams to accelerate solution development and reduce resolution lead time.
• Monitor KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, and recovery time to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and document best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 6 years of hirify.global experience in CS support for high-tech products (EXE/NXE/NXT).
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
