What you will do

• Implement and monitor a local control framework aligned with Group requirements for the Italian market.
• Design and operate financial, operational, and compliance controls as a second line of defense.
• Coordinate risk management processes, including business risk maps and Code of Conduct reviews.
• Manage internal and external audit activities and monitor remediation plans.
• Partner with the business to standardize processes and provide guidance on strategic changes.
• Promote a culture of ethics and integrity, advising on anti-bribery and corruption policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk and controls, compliance, or internal/external audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and PCAOB requirements.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1/C2) is required.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Excel and openness to using AI for process enhancement.
• Experience in assessing business risk and evaluating internal control systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the media and advertising industry.
• Certified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA) or equivalent qualification.
