What you will do

  • Stay updated with MOM regulations and provide expert consultation to clients on visas and work passes.
  • Process applications, renewals, and cancellations for various passes, including Employment, Dependent, S-Pass, Entrepass, and Work Holiday passes.
  • Manage license requirements based on the Company's scope of work as per MOM standards.
  • Draft and process appeal letters for unsuccessful visa applications.
  • Coordinate document collection and maintain follow-ups with clients throughout the application process.
  • Handle ad-hoc corporate tasks as required to support the immigration flow.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.
  • Relevant work experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to initiate and improve processes.
