What you will do

• Support the finance team with technical and product queries and ad-hoc tasks.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, such as reconciliation errors and vendor payout failures.
• Convert recurring incidents into standardized SOPs and checklists.
• Analyze operational processes and implement changes to support company scaling.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tooling and dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical support role.
• Strong analytical instincts for root cause identification and prioritization.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (filters, pivots, lookups, and reconciliation workflows).
• Excellent written communication for crisp escalations and incident summaries.
