Salary: €4,000–€5,000 (Lithuania) or PLN 15,300–PLN 17,000 (Poland) gross monthly

What you will do

• Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and disclosure of financial statement line items.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, including audits.
• Collaborate with Credit and Risk teams to ensure compliance with IFRS 9 standards.
• Act as the ECL model owner and serve on internal credit committees.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls (SOX) across credit processes.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified accountant or hold an equivalent certification.
• Expertise in IFRS 9 standards and expected credit losses (ECL).
• Experience with credit products across retail and wholesale segments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
