What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of third-party intervention claims covering property damage, mobility, and personal injury.
• Proactively contact non-fault claimants to convert them to company services to control indemnity spend.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and refer them to the appropriate channels.
• Apply accurate reserving and maintain detailed, updated notes within the system.
• Assess policy indemnity and liability to ensure the most economical settlement of claims.
• Coordinate with the supplier network to ensure clear instructions and efficient repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a claims environment or a role with transferable skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Ability to analyze information and fact-find to ensure accurate decision-making.
• PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills.
• Cert CII qualification or currently working towards it.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship provided (candidates on Graduate/Post study work visas must have at least one year remaining).
