What you will do

  • Provide excellent service to mid-corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support Relationship Directors in expanding existing client relationships and winning new business.
  • Deliver a range of funding solutions, including working capital and term lending.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to provide comprehensive banking products and treasury management services.
  • Manage risk and compliance for a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Maintain a high profile within the local business community and with external influencers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, market competitors, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and self-accountable with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
