What you will do

• Manage new and ongoing life insurance and critical illness claims.
• Provide empathetic support and clear communication to customers throughout their claims journey.
• Liaise with GPs, surgeries, medical professionals, and other third parties.
• Collaborate closely with Claims Assessors to progress claim tasks.
• Maintain accurate and efficient claim-related administration.
• Identify customer complaints and escalate concerns where necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally in a phone-based role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Ability to support vulnerable customers with empathy and care.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK for hybrid work.
