Working Student Merchandising & Buying (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Execute and maintain the assortment strategy for hirify.global retail stores with Retail, Product Management, Omnichannel Sales, and Marketing.
• Support internal buying by defining product mixes, price levels, and the balance between commercial and marketing assortments.
• Execute go-to-market plans aligned with global launch dates, campaigns, product seasons, and marketing guidelines.
• Coordinate with merchandise and demand planning to improve product performance, sell-out results, rate of sales, markdowns, and pricing decisions.
• Connect Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance while supporting store administration, after-sales activities, and CRM.
• Monitor consumer trends and collaborate with regional wholesale and e-commerce peers on an omnichannel assortment strategy.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor's or Master's studies in business administration or international management, preferably with a retail focus.
• Practical industry experience.
• Very good analytical and organizational skills, with user knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• A driver's license valid in Germany for business trips, if required.
• Communicative, open, structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
