Working Student Merchandising & Buying (m/f/d) (Retail Merchandising): Executing assortment, buying, and go-to-market strategies for CYBEX retail stores with an accent on product mix, pricing, seasonal launches, and omnichannel coordination. Focus on improving product performance, sell-out results, markdowns, and retail operations through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Onsite at the office in Munich, Germany

What you will do
- Execute and maintain the assortment strategy for retail stores with Retail, Product Management, Omnichannel Sales, and Marketing.
- Support internal buying by defining product mixes, price levels, and the balance between commercial and marketing assortments.
- Execute go-to-market plans aligned with global launch dates, campaigns, product seasons, and marketing guidelines.
- Coordinate with merchandise and demand planning to improve product performance, sell-out results, rate of sales, markdowns, and pricing decisions.
- Connect Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance while supporting store administration, after-sales activities, and CRM.
- Monitor consumer trends and collaborate with regional wholesale and e-commerce peers on an omnichannel assortment strategy.
Requirements
- Current Bachelor's or Master's studies in business administration or international management, preferably with a retail focus.
- Practical industry experience.
- Very good analytical and organizational skills, with user knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
- A driver's license valid in Germany for business trips, if required.
- Communicative, open, structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
