What you will do

• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation and commissioning.
• Design and develop integrated hardware and software automation solutions.
• Optimize existing machines and production processes to improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance stakeholders.
• Support implementation and adoption of solutions on the shop floor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, such as Electromechanics, Automation, or Computer Science.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in automation, engineering, or a technical project environment.
• Strong interest in integrating hardware and software.
• Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.
