What you will do

• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation and commissioning
• Design and develop hardware and software automation solutions
• Optimize existing machines and production processes to improve performance and reliability
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout
• Support adoption on the shop floor and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., electromechanics, automation, computer science)
• 3–5 years of experience in automation, engineering, or technical project environments
• Strong interest in integrating hardware and software
• Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with ownership mindset
• Fluent Dutch and English
