AutoCAD Design Engineer (Life Sciences)

Location: Diegem, with mobility to the client site in Puurs, Belgium

What you will do

• Modify and maintain as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault.
• Process requests for new and updated plans, managing revision and publication workflows through the Drawing Office portal.
• Assign and manage valve and tag numbers for central utility systems.
• Review drawings and prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to a GIS project that creates an interactive interface for site drawing data.
• Convert DWG files to PDF and publish current revisions in the shared environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Autodesk applications, especially AutoCAD; Autodesk Vault experience is preferred.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Good mobility to the client site in Puurs is required.
• Fluent Dutch is required. English is an advantage.
• Structured, methodical work style with strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Proactive communication, ownership, and interest in digitalization and GIS innovation.
