Head of Engineering (Tenant Platform): Leading the orchestration of tenant-scoped provisioning, lifecycle, and recovery across Cloud with an accent on scalability and enterprise-grade reliability. Location: Must be based in the United States (Seattle or Remote); hireable in any country where has a legal entity.
Salary: $202,437 – $318,425 (depending on geographic pay zone)

What you will do
- Set and execute the engineering vision and strategy for the Tenant Platform, aligning with Core Engineering and AI-native platform goals.
- Own the technical roadmap for tenant lifecycle orchestration, including provisioning, mutation, recovery, and migration.
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure the platform scales non-linearly as the enterprise customer base grows.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing organization across multiple geographies, managing other managers.
- Ensure operational excellence, focusing on on-call health, incident response, and the reduction of toil.
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and FinOps on capacity planning, cost forecasting, and gross margin improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in engineering leadership, specifically leading multiple teams and managers.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-service provisioning and lifecycle systems.
- Experience driving engineering strategy and technical roadmaps for large-scale cloud platforms.
- Must be based in a jurisdiction where has a legal entity.
- Ability to represent the organization in executive forums and communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
