Salary: $202,437 – $318,425 (depending on geographic pay zone)

What you will do

• Set and execute the engineering vision and strategy for the Tenant Platform, aligning with Core Engineering and AI-native platform goals.
• Own the technical roadmap for tenant lifecycle orchestration, including provisioning, mutation, recovery, and migration.
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure the platform scales non-linearly as the enterprise customer base grows.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing organization across multiple geographies, managing other managers.
• Ensure operational excellence, focusing on on-call health, incident response, and the reduction of toil.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and FinOps on capacity planning, cost forecasting, and gross margin improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in engineering leadership, specifically leading multiple teams and managers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-service provisioning and lifecycle systems.
• Experience driving engineering strategy and technical roadmaps for large-scale cloud platforms.
• Must be based in a jurisdiction where hirify.global has a legal entity.
• Ability to represent the organization in executive forums and communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
